Title: Bus gate fine Hull queens gardens
Post by: Jamesa on January 12, 2025, 06:34:25 pm
So i recieved a fine for driving in a bus gate in Hull, i appealled on the basis that the road markings saying "bus gate" upon the entrance to the bus gate are almost fully faded away,  my appeal failed and the council state that despite the faded bus gate road markings there is still adequate signane erected around the area and at teh entrance, this is true but after some research i believe the road signage AND road markings are legally required in order to enforce the fines.
Do i appeal further or just take the hit?
