We've seen a lot of cases in Oxendon Street where people didn't see or understand the taxi plate and I think we once had a technical challenge to the signs and road markings but I think that was scuppered.
The clutter with the extra suspension sign is worth a go on its own but unlikely to be accepted by Westminster.
The contravention is 'stopped on a taxi rank' but it's a no waiting not a no stopping restriction but wording can be changed to 'waiting' for the same code so maybe something in this.
I'll have a check.

Hi,
I received a PCN with code 45 on Oxendon Street Westminster on new years day.
I did not see the Taxi rank sign that was on top of the pole. Just saw the Pay by phone sign which said Mon - Fri 8:30 - 6:30 pm and thought it was ok to park.

PCN copy attached to view pictures. Also attaching a picture that I took when I came back to my car.
Is there a case for cluttered signage or do I just give in to the PCN gods, pay this and get it over with.
Thanks.
