Minimum of 6 months if no previous ban in (IIRC) previous 3 years. 12 months minimum ban if 1 ban in previous 3 years. May be reduced due to exceptional hardship.

Without any background details, don't know, don't care.

I see that Stormzy got 9 months ban for totting. I thought the normal period was 6 months?
