Give them time. This will go all the way and I will draft more succinct formal representations when it arrives. By the way, how can you pay the £130 within 28 days of the PCN? Perhaps Dr. Who can facilitate that.  ::)  That letter of decline is for my pet parrot.

Hello All,

Okay, so I have been reading all above comms. hence followed everyhting and now received a letter reply on 28th Dec 2024, but dated 20th Dec-24 from harrow council DECLINING my reasons as below.

Attached the reply letter

So now do I wait for enforcement or else just be done with it and pay up. :-[
