CCTV camera is a Yunex LaneWatch Mark 3.

Reply for Merton council:
There are two cameras on the junction on the same column:
The camera makes and models are:
1. BOSCH Dinion LTC0612
2. Yunex LaneWatch Mark 3
I'm 99% sure the footage is from the LaneWatch Mark 3, but I've made a further enquiry to confirm.

Are you able to get us an updated photo of the sign?

PCN reads ok to me. Go with cp's interim advice.

Many thanks for your replies.
Here's the back of the PCN.

The markings are barely visible. The sign is supposedly here (https://goo.gl/maps/5yL2frGKQJ8xEqHT7) (seen from the back, right in front of the taxi) but from the static images it's unclear whether it's still there and still facing traffic (it might be bent towards the pavement):

Would you be able to go back and get photos of the sign?
In any case there's a potential issue with the camera authorisation that is worth exploring, so definitely don't pay for now. And as Hippocrates says, please post the remaining pages of the PCN.

The back of the PCN please.

Hi,
A PCN has been received from Merton for bus lane contravention - The Broadway Wimbledon.
I see that there are a couple of threads regarding this particular bus lane.
The driver approached having passed the station, not from Hartford Road, so did drive past the blue Bus Lane sign but didn't see it or the white line on the road.
The signage on the road is poor but it wasn't dark and it wasn't raining as in the other situations.
I attach the PCN.
In view of the above, is it worth appealing as I would only be appealing on the grounds of the poor signage of the bus lane itself.
TIA
