As usual, this PCN contains flaws re the grounds. I will think in great depth about what to write as their website is flawed too!

Please post all pages of the PCN. Also, this is not a bus lane matter.

Please read this and update your thread.

Is the vehicle leased ? A PCN is sent to the name and address on the V5C Registration Certificate for the vehicle. So who holds this ?

Title: Havering pcn bus lane

Hi
I have just received 2 tickets for bus lane in havering (not me one employee)
these are correct but offence occurred 28/08/2024 so taken them over 4 mths to issue - is this reasonable grounds to appeal
or should i just pay the fines ?
Thanks
