The yellow No Waiting for buses, coaches, and trucks is irrelevant to you. The No Loading sign applies to the yellow line between the double-yellow, and the bay in view up the street. You parked outside the No Loading times, so the question is - were you loading ?

You need to get up-to-speed on Controlled Parking Zone signs.  These control the single yellow signs within the zone, so they don't have to sign every single line separately. They can be quite large too, even though this is against guidance on their installation.

Thank you for your rapid response.
Mistakingly I thought this was for the parking permit bays only and not for the single yellow line.
Does the sign allow me to load and unload during this time?  As how can the warden determine I was doing so in such a short period of time?

Did you not notice the large CPZ sign on the same pole as the signs you have shown us ? Past this sign, parking is barred on the yellow line Monday-Saturday from 8.00am to 6.30pm.

Looking at the signs here, I do have my doubts about their positioning and adequacy. There should be two signs one each side of the street, and a quick look back in GSV shows there were two signs in March 2019. Later views up to the current view show the back of the sign, making it unviewable by a motorist. However, whether this is enough to influence an adjudicator at London Tribunals, I have my doubts. I think the contravention is made out here.

Looking at the council photos, the third one shows you a short distance away from the double-yellow lines, and the rear of your car by the first kerb blip for the No Loading restriction. This means you were past the CPZ sign, and therefore in contravention, (no parking 8.0 am to 6.30pm)

Frankly, I am puzzled that you don't mention the large CPZ sign at all which actually barred your parking at the time you parked. Any reason for this ?

1) I received a PCN on a single yellow line on a Saturday on Burwell Road, Waltham Forest, E10.  PCN code 01-Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours.  (https://imgur.com/a/ABvZzlL)

2) I parked on a single yellow line on a Saturday, where the sign said no loading Mon-Fri 7-10am and 4-7pm with no restrictions on a Saturday (see attached pic).  The bays after the single yellow lines were specific for permit holders only and the restrictions applied on a Saturday as well up to 1830.  The warden only gave me a minute to give the PCN.
