Yes you can message me the docs or email: marcb@csi.com
Don't hold out much hope though.

Hi thank you,
Can I send you my representation in a private message as it contains quite private information?
Also I hear what you’re saying but it’s a Motability car and I am on benefits, so I’m not sure why they should take that as any sign of financial ability to pay ridiculously high fines!

The double blips are clear and there is an upright sign although a long way away around the corner.
Let's see your challenge and their rejection.
Authorities the view that if you can afford to run a car you can afford a parking penalty.

Hi there,
My council is Haringey council and they claim they support vulnerable people with PCNs and to contact them if you’re having trouble paying.
I have additional needs and struggle to manage money, especially around Xmas time. For this reason I even got an extension with my switch to universal credit and have a support worker.
I got a ticket in the beginning of the month for parking on a double yellow (I have a blue badge but didn’t notice the no loading sign). I accepted responsibility for this but appealed it on compassionate grounds and explained I am unable to afford this charge.
I get a response today - ON XMAS EVE - telling me they won’t cancel it and I have 14 days to pay £65. I can’t afford this and I am a vulnerable person, whom they claim to support.
What do I do? This will put me in financial hardship and I’m very upset. I made an honest mistake and I accept responsibility for it, I’ll pay for it but I can’t afford £65 right after Xmas.
