I had a POPLA decision back recently, timelines as follows:

• Response to operator's evidence pack filed: 19th October
• POPLA decision (in my favour, of course  ;) ): 16th December

As long as it still shows as 'awaiting decision' on the POPLA portal all is well, they'll get to it eventually, and no further enforcement action can take place whilst a decision is pending.

They are severely backlogged. It can take many months. Patience.

Hello,

Has anyone recently put an appeal forward to POPLA and if so, how long did it take to get a decision?  I raised one in late October and still haven't heard back, coming up for 8 weeks now.

Is this normal?
