Looking at GSV July 2024, the sign seems clear enough :-

There is a small sign that allows local buses and cycles to turn. Was he following a bus which obscured the sign ?

If he submits representations that they receive within the discount period, and they reject, they'll re-offer the discount, but I don't see much that could go into those reps unless he tells us more.

There may be a 'technical' defence based on council mismanagement of the enforcement process, so wait a bit until others have commented.

Hi all,

Posting on behalf of a friend,  for a no right turn  on Carterhatch Lane / Willow Road.

Apparently the signage isn't the best.

Not sure if we have a lot of time on this as the letter was issued on the 10th December.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
