Until you post up some hard data, like the PCN, and a GSV link to the location, we are in the dark, but they normally have 28 days to serve a PCN from contravention date.

Am I correct in thinking I should be informed within 14 days, and at least the PNC should have been issued within 14 days.
No.

Title: 52M Notice received after 18 days

Annoyingly I have been caught out by H&F’s sneaky road  restrictions.

The contravention occurred on the 28th of Nov 7.30pm.

PNC date of notice was issued on the 12th of Dec, I received it today. Thats 19 days after the event.

It also seems they issued the PCN on the 15th day.

Am I correct in thinking I should be informed within 14 days, and at least the PNC should have been issued within 14 days.

Any advice would be appreciated.
