Hi, i was parked on a double yellow line to drop off a delivery to a local store for a chair.
It was a chair around 5-10kg to house 0.4 miles away,
OP, these details are important.
IMO, 0.4 miles is too far to convince an adjudicator that you parked as close as possible(which is one of the factors which underpins being parked for no longer than necessary).

Sorry I thought I attached it aswell. What about now ?
Thanks.
The text on the back looks OK, although I have some doubts about it saying if you make a challenge and get a Notice to Owner, (not having received a response to the challenge, obviously), you 'should' respond to the NtO. The fact is if you are the owner as per the V5C for the vehicle, you MUST respond to it. I don't think this error would win an adjudication though.

It was a chair around 5-10kg to house 0.4 miles away, personal delivery. I’ve also attached the back of the pcn as images
That is still the front of the PCN

Normally a location description which includes a lamppost number would give us a good idea..
..unfortunately the CEO didn't realise that all lampposts in Wren are 2060, and then they're individually referenced with a suffix e.g. 2060 01, 02 etc!
OP, before making your reps let's get better details on what constituted delivering in your case:
Items - on chair e.g. dining etc?
Approx. weight -
Location of shop-
Approx. distance -
How was delivery transacted - e.g. paperwork to be completed etc?
Your capacity - acting in the course of a business or in personal capacity?
Estimate of time away from car?

Back of PCN, please, as they sometimes make fatal errors in the "small print", plus post a GSV link to the exact location where parked.
Your reps need to be based on your narrative here. You are claiming the loading exemption to yellow lines, double or single. Make sure you tell them you spoke to the CEO who said he would make a note about the matter. You will need also to describe the goods being unloaded, (weight and/or bulk); a photo could be useful.

Hi, i was parked on a double yellow line to drop off a delivery to a local store for a chair. I came back after dropping off the chair whilst the officer was issuing my ticket. I explained to him the situation and told him i was unloading and he confirmed my story and believed it but said he couldn't cancel the pcn because he already put it through and he cant change it. However, he told me to appeal on the website and he will also put a note down on his side to confirm my story.
PCN is attached.
