Oh sorry just seen this,
Yes that it what I meant. I found this site after challenging it
-
It's been almost 9 months since your last post. Can you please elaborate?
I'm assuming you mean that you followed the advice that was given in other ECP threads and the claim was eventually discontinued.
-
Thanks so much it worked!

As you've seen in a similar thread about the same location, please follow that advice.
Overstayed at sainsburys pimlico eurocarparks (https://www.ftla.uk/private-parking-tickets/overstayed-at-sainsburys-pimlico-eurocarparks/)
If you're worried about the "mugs discount", then this is not the place for you to be seeking advice. We will advise on how to beat this, not how to fund the scammers.
The only 99.9% sure thing about this, is that ECP WILL file a claim through DCB Legal in the county court for around ~£270 and, if the advice given here is followed, they will eventually discontinue and that will be the end of the matter. The whole process will take around 4-6 months.
You either fret about the "mugs discount" and pay £60 now or follow our advice and pay nothing.

Afternoon all,
This person has used great advice from Martin Lewis which had 2 PCNs cancelled. Is it worth challenging this, they haven't addressed all the points or mentioned the grave period which is 40 seconds over. There is advice to write to the CEO. If I challenge via POPLA and lose I'm assuming the discounted rate will be forfeited?
Thanks so much
This is what I sent below.
I have uploaded the response We confirm that is the vehicle's hirer and keeper for the purpose of the corresponding definitions under Schedule 4 of the POFA Act 2012. I challenge this 'PCN' as hirer of the car and subsequently request all future correspondence be sent directly to myself at the address that you sent my PCN to. Now it is proven that in this instance, the registered keeper is not the "keeper" Eurocarparks Ltd has no reason to contact Enterprise Ltd again regarding this PCN.The PCN failed to comply with the s requirements of Schedule 4 of POFA and consequently Euro Carparks Ltd has forfeited any right to claim unpaid parking charges from the vehicle's hirer and keeper. I deny any liability or contractual agreement, there will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn.
The PCN states the reason for issue as "overstay", the PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence to include a close up photograph of the sign contended at the location on the material date and images of the vehicle including the actual grace period agreed by the landowner. No information is provided regarding the policy with the landowner or on site businesses, to cancel such a charge. Please supply this as required under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Additionally, the following sections of POFA have also been breached.Keepers Liability and POFA 2012 paragraph 13(2) of POFA 2012 and Paragraph 14(2) and (3) of POFA 2012. We trust you will agree that it would be unreasonable for Euro Carparks Ltd to expect us to pay this charge.
Within 28 days please provide us with written confirmation of Euro Carpark Ltd's acceptance that it cannot and does not hold Enterprise Ltd liable for this parking charge and that this is now purely a matter between Eurocarparks Ltd and the driver.
You must either offer me a POPLA code or cancel the charge.
Thank you for your cooperation, I look forward to receiving your response within British Parking Association Ltd Code of Practice.
Yours faithfully,
