That is a council permit and does not grant you special permissions on private land. As quoted on the permit:
"This permit does NOT entitle you to park: [...] on private roads or in private allocated parking spaces"
This bottom part isnt true, as instructed by my seniors just to be claer, we often have to take them out to places etc, hence why im in this situation?
The permit also makes clear that it is only for use when making home visits, although that's largely irrelevant in this case as the vehicle wasn't parked on the public highway.
I assume by no further response I should just pay up?
