Right, so you knew it was suspended, but needed to deliver a large and heavy item. Does the suspension notice say "No Loading" as well as having the No Waiting symbol ? If so, you'd need show that the delivery was so urgent as to override the No Loading restriction.

The 14 days begins on the day the PCN was served, as it says on the PCN, so that is Day 1

PCN is for parking on a suspended bay. Anything to tell us why you did park there, like signs inadequate etc ?

Post the CEO's photos if you can, please.

Is there any way out of this?

I was parked while loading, the car was unattended and locked because I wasn't prepared to leave a car unlocked and open whilst I was in the customers house.

Also when do the 14 days start, is it the same day or from 00.01 the next day?, ie i received PCN on a Saturday, do the 14 days end on Saturday at 11.59pm?

I've redacted the important information
