Did you reveal the identity of the driver when you appealed?

Title: Parking fine - over by 11 minutes

Hey - wondering if I can get some advice as I have to pay this by 03/12/24 to get the discount and wondering if it is worth the appeal to POPLA.

Essentially I am getting fined for paying 150 minutes but being there for 161 and being caught on ANPR. I did appeal through their internal process but they rejected it. I know there is potentially a 10 minute grace period but just wondering if it is felt that I can successfully appeal through POPLA anyway or just pay.

I did a 120 minute purchase but meeting was running slightly over so did another 30 minute purchase. Receipts attached.

This link they quote on the back of the PCN is not working: https://www.supremecourt.uk/cases/docs/uksc-2013-0280-judgement.pdf

I have also attached the initial PCN and the email I got back of them rejecting my appeal.

Thanks!
