The Letter Before Claim requires a response. If you're intending to fight the charge, this response should deny the debt, briefly explaining the reasons why.
To advise on any possible defence, we'd need to see photos of the signage at the site, as well as ideally the original notice.

I was made aware by the driver at the time, i did receive at least 1 other letter. also but due to major back surgery they fell very much onto the back burner. Other than what is posted here all paperwork has been lost during a big house clearout. I will however submit a subject access request anyway just incase i havnt been given all the information.
Also to note this is a maned car park.
Many thanks.

'Deadline for Action' - 3 July. So whatever's to come from their side is already decided.
You do not suggest that you've had any prior correspondence therefore you would need to submit a Subject Access Request to obtain all the personal data they hold. Email dataprotection@vehiclecontrol.co.uk
and read this: http://vehiclecontrolservices.co.uk/policies/privacy-notices/privacy-notice-anpr/
Pl repost the notice and reinstate everything except your VRM and name/address.

I have received a letter before claim against my car from VCS. I am the registered keeper, I was not the driver.
Id be grateful if you could advise me on my next course of action.
Many thanks!
