I went to drop someone on the left road after the bus lane signage,which is close to bus stop and when i Came back on the same road, I was in middle lane and noticed that, there is no signage of bus lane, so because of it,I thought bus lane was behind me. So,I took left lane. Moreover, I was not aware that wide white line resemebles bus lane. Is it worth to appeal on that or Is it better to pay the PCN ? Suggest me please.

Here is the Bus Lane sign, some distance back from where you entered it, but the bus lane is also marked with the broad white line too, after the sign. It is a very long bus lane, but there are plenty of these in London.

Did you not see the sign, or realise what the broad white line means ?

I received a PCN for driving in bus lane.The road is one way and middle lane is to go staight and I took left lane as I wanted to turn left and I use left lane to turn left because marking on the left lane says bus stop and there is no mention of bus lane. when I google it, I found that left lane is bus lane but it is behind me from where I have changed the lane. So is it right to challenge the PCN ? ADVICE ME PLEASE
