Yes, I have met A_F.
And someone else who has just joined this forum.
Sorry Andy, I have met you last November re Red Route High Court Case and I probably owe you a drink. Not possibly. :P Two Chief Adjudicators were sitting behind us. :o
The former left before the axe came down. The current one shook his head.
There will be order in the universe.

JEdgar also inspired me on pepipoo. I loved his expressions: "I vented my spleen" and "The PCN is pants." A professional photographer I believe. He won all his appeals in which he represented.

is DD on MSE does anyone know?
I miss him.

Schhol Run Mum was another useful member, also known as Coupon Mad on MSE from what I remember.
She's still going strong on MSE.

That's good news then. :)

Bogsy lives OK! :) ;D Just heard from him.

Dancingdad was very helpful to me when I first joined Pepipoo.
An absolute diamond geezer. No word from him via e mails. Such common-sense advice. And he wore the shirt, as it were.
-
He (finally) ran afoul of the moderators.
Did he at least correct their terminology when they banned him? "There is no such thing as banning, etc"
funny enough I was thinking the same thing a week or two ago and was going to ask that question, then I thought .... nah
I think so long as a third person doesn't ask we are safe.

Bogsy's last appearances on pepipoo was as a guest status. I recently e mailed Bogsy but had no response.
yes that's what I was thinking of. not sure why he didn't post under "Bogsy" 🤷♂️
I notice Dancingdad hadn't been around either, I emailed him but got no reply.

wasn't/isnt he still around under a pseudonym
Do you mean 'Bogsy' wasn't a pseudonym?

Aah. Bogsy of 'fluttering ticket' fame.
-
There was a Bogsy who was quite an expert in parking things and Boggy who was the chap I met at Folkestone/Ashford tribunal. ISTR he had a case involving house removal parking and won the day. I think mine was when we discovered the cEOs weren't wearing the correct uniform. I won the day on that one.
-
I have met half a dozen other contributors but given that we all use codenames I may have met more than I think.
Currently, I am at the tribunal every Wednesday afternoon at 2pm (booked up to 18 December) with more than one case (If there is only one I tend to change it to a telephone hearing but I generally prefer to eyeball the adjudicator).
Tribunal hearings are public so you can just turn up and watch (not many of the public do, it not being as big a draw as the Old Bailey) but if any other contributor does want to meet then please message me. I live in High barnet so can easily meet any other London based person.

Has anyone seen The Rookie recently? In any shape or form?
funny enough I was thinking the same thing a week or two ago and was going to ask that question, then I thought .... nah
-
Just a thought, with so many people on here and on the old Pepipoo site, has anybody actually met others face-to-face?
Yes, plenty of times, either at the tribunal hearing centre or the High Court.

Our administrator does close on 1,000 cases a year I believe
I don’t.
I could reduce his cases if he wishes to give me the easy ones. ;D
My clearly very subtle point was that there are two administrators - CP and myself.
-
The guy before us obviously lost as there was a lot of shouting, table thumping and door slamming when he left the room. The adjudicator took a few minutes to compose himself.
Possibly Bogsy. IMO he knew his stuff and taught me the law re disabled parking in loading bays. (Oakstar thread).
I represented at PATAS years ago a case just after a guy threw the papers at the learned A MacFarlane and used the f and c words. The senior security officer (who is a really nice guy) dealt with it admirably.
When I walked in I said this: "Sir, I can assure you that I will not conduct myself as the last appellant did.!"

More than a hundred I would say. As for the other two Musketeers, how long is a piece of string? Our administrator does close on 1,000 cases a year I believe - met by phone mostly I guess. ;D

I remember meeting up with a PPP member local to me when i had a case at Tribunal in Ashford about 12 years ago. He won his case, I won mine. I've not heard of the chap since, I think his name on PPP was Boggy. The guy before us obviously lost as there was a lot of shouting, table thumping and door slamming when he left the room. The adjudicator took a few minutes to compose himself.
