Regarding the contravention there is an advance turn left sign as well as the one on the corner at the junction but this location crops up a fair few times at the tribunal. Some appeals are allowed for roadworks and demos.

The photos are screenshots from Westminster evidence. There was a car parked before the sign based on the picture. But this will be clear from a video evidence. Unfortunately the video evidence is not showing.

I got this PCN for failing to drive in the direction shown. I can´t remember seeing any arrow probably due to blockage. The video attached by Westminster aren´t showing so very difficult for me to know why I did not see the arrow. Please any help on how to go about appealing this case will be appreciated. Please screenshot 1 for the PCN letter.
