The same is true of so many:
But really you're preaching to the converted here.
Might help to talk to the local press that covers Bromley, also Bromley facebook groups etc.
Have done so re Press. Objective is to maximise publicity so that people fight. Wish I had done this yonks ago. RBK will follow today and all other councils in due course. ;D Hopefully, someone will pick this up.
Plan B: climb the post on which the camera is attached and/or attach a sign to said post publicising the lack of approval.

There have been numerous costs decisions on this point go to this tab (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pVrE76_RYY6bNmEpYGbsZkxtpfIeud_BT3SKfg7TzQM/edit#gid=642784037), search for "london bus lanes" and look at how many of the case descriptions in column A mention the word "costs".

Genuine question (as I don't know how these things work) - if the council refuse your reps and it gets as far as a Tribunal and you win because their case was fatally flawed from the get go.......can you claim costs?

The same is true of so many:
Bromley's NTOs are defective (payment period from date of notice rather than date of service), Lambeth's moving traffic and bus lane PCNs are all defective (payment period from date of service rather than date of notice), some Westminster moving traffic PCNs (21 day discount period rather than 14), the list goes on.
But really you're preaching to the converted here.

If you receive a bus lane ticket/Penalty Charge Notice, for your own sake, please do not pay it as you will win at the Tribunal. The evidence is inadmissible.
