We don't want to pay it.

Please assist with what reps we need to make.

Thanks

If the lease company has submitted a representation, it will, in all likelihood, and been to supply your name and address as the lessee on the contravention date.  So you should receive a PCN in your name shortly, at which point you can submit reps, or pay it.

Well someone has made representations? If so, wait for the Notice of Rejection. Please clarify. Lease company? Agreement? How long?

Hi,

As it stands, I have not made any representations.

When I went online as instructed, at the top of the website page in a dialogue box it says that I have already made representations.

I screen shotted the webpage. see attached.

I can only think it was the lease company that have maybe notified them??

My wife opened the letter as it was addressed to her, so I don't know if there are any other pages to the PCN except the 2 sides.

I'm happy to take representation, I want to fight this all the way.

TIA

From their video it is clear that I turned right into the road, and as the pictures clearly show the signs are parallel and were obscured by the tree and then because I had passed them on the 1st posting.

My apologies, I thought I did. Please see attached.

additional SS of the online portal.

Just realised the screenshot of the opening page says that a representation has already been made(not by me) and that i can only make a challenge if a representation has NOT been made.

I am the driver of the vehicle and my wife is the registered keeper of the leased vehicle.

The alleged contravention occurred at 09:12:55 on the 25/09/24.

I know why it happened as the sign was obscured by a tree on the approach and the signage is parallel to the road and behind where you would turn right, so not possible to see.
