Have you tried to ask Sainsbury's to get the PCN cancelled? Don't start at the bottom of the management food chain. Go straight to the top.

Any initial appeal will fail. It is also unlikely that POPLA will be successful wither.

However, if you let this go all the way to a claim, 99.9% for sure it will eventually be discontinued. You just have to weather the useless debt collector letters which can be safely ignored.

No one who is receiving advice pays a penny to ECP.

Hi - good to see the new forum up and running…thanks to all the folks involved, miss the old site, but onwards and upwards!

Recently have seen this notice - is there any possibility of the keeper appealing. Signage isn’t very clear and it wasn’t obvious when paying for a 2hour ticket that there is a time limit.
