Another case here. The yellow line is fairly new and I can see a case if it's obscured by leaves. Timeplates look to be in place.

Hi all, I parked in a no waiting zone by mistake. Since it was night I didn’t see the no waiting signage. The parking machine also had no record of these restrictions.
