I parked in a car park behind a restaurant and dinned in. Car park at Kent House, Lower Stone Street, Maidstone. The restaurant said it was ok to park there but I received a parking charge notice. It was very dark and you couldn’t read the signage very well. Can anybody help overturn this notice?
