As this was at a hospital, have you asked PALS to get it cancelled? That is your Plan A.

Plans B and C are futile with this operator and the IAS and if Plan A is not successful, Plan D will see it off. The ultimate dispute resolution service, the county court.

Hello everyone I am after some advice regarding a PCN that someone I know has received from the above company.The notice doesn't specify what parking contraventions were broken just "unauthorised parking.
There are also anpr photos of the car and number plate.
Any advice on how to proceed with this would be greatly appreciated .
