@Wildjoker1983 you need to read and follow this guide: https://www.ftla.uk/announcements/charge-certificate-cases-under-the-traffic-management-act-2004-no-original-pcn/

Let us know once you've sent the email to TEC and we'll explain the next steps.

@Wildjoker1983 it sounds like you have a charge certificate?

As John U.K. says, you need to read the guidance (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/) and you must show us whatever paperwork you have received.

????

For meaningful advice please to give us some dates and times, which are critical to the enforcement process, and

please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post up all sides of the paperwork you do have -only redact name & address, leave everything else visible, plus a GSV link to the location.

I didn't get a sticky PCN on windscreen. I parked in a residential parking space after paying for a space opposite (over a month in advance) via just park but when I got there late at night it was taken by someone else. Upon ringing the "owner" of the space I was told to park in this spot outside. It had a temporary parking sign on tree saying basically that the residential permits was not in operation. No other restrictions in place. Low and behold they took the sign away on monday morning and i got a parking ticket. I also put up my blue badge. although it shows on their pictures i didnt have anything on my windscreen so didnt think much of it. No notice to owner came but now hes had 2nd letter stating charge has gone up and I can't appeal it. Needless to say father in law ain't a happy bunny. He's the owner  :-\
Looking for what I do now. Can I still appeal? How to prove the sign was there? Etc and going from £130 to £195 is a bit much especially seen though I didn't even know I had one!I do have evidence I paid for parking in an allotted spot literally on driveway opposite too

Please help
