Title: Blocked a Car In My Permit Space

Hello,

An unauthorised vehicle parked in my permit bay overnight last night. Driver of ticket issued vehicle parked directly in front of the bay as close as they could.

Their car stayed overnight and moved in morning, driver woke up to a ticket on my car despite having been told by the parking company on the phone "legally you can block them in" and clearly displaying the permit for the allocated bay.

Link Parking is the culprit. Can't seem to find them on a trading body, wondering if driver should just not pay?
