Most likely a court prosecution.

Sentencing guidelines (assuming you plead guilty) suggest a fine of two-thirds of a week's net income, a surcharge of 40% of that fine and prosecution costs of around £90. Also either a ban of up to 28 days or between four and six points. Five points is the most likely for that speed.
