Does anyone have any more concrete advice on being able to challenge this?

Thanks!

Thanks so far for the advice and agreement that it does show that I was already travelling before the car reached the stop area.

I've seen some notices be overturned due to a technicality on the notice date. I couldn't quite figure out if I fell into that category.

You were over the give way point before the oncoming car was at the speed bump and before it had entered the 'zone' but adjudicators can be fickle but a personal hearing could talk them through this.

Hi there, seeking advice on how to challenge this notice as I have seen others challenge it for this location on this forum. I wanted to ensure I have the appropriate reason to challenge. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've uploaded the notice + evidence here (https://imgur.com/a/OnrlPyz).

Some I have seen are based on where the oncoming car is at the time of my passing through the system whilst others have been on a technically on the notice date within the documents.

Thanks in advance!
