PCN (53J) from the London Borough of Redbridge for failing to comply with a restriction on vehicles entering a pedestrian zone on Loudoun Avenue.

owner recently received a traffic violation notice for entering a pedestrian zone on Loudoun Avenue in Redbridge. The violation occurred at approximately 2:36 PM.

I believe the signage for the pedestrian zone was recently installed, and driver may not have been aware of the restriction. driver frequently pass through this road, but usually in the evenings when the restriction is not in place.

owner seeking advice on how to appeal this violation
