was this by phone or did you do everything by email? if email then post up what you actually sent them

It was via the parkingeye appeal page. So no copy of it unfortunately. It didn't send me a copy of what I sent. When looking at the form to the appeal it seems I may have given it away as on the initial info page there's a "I am the" section and it makes you chose from driver, registered keeper, driver and registered keeper, Hirerer/leasee, other. I can adjust the appeal, which I can change from driver which was selected to just registered keeper if that helps.

Well, well well, the PE NtK is not PoFA compliant. Under no circumstances must the keeper identify the driver. Have you thrown away the "golden ticket" by identifying the driver?

I've not identified the driver as such. I just stated that I've tried to use the app and pay for parking and tried to get help to no avail. So I never actually said I was the one driving, just that I've been trying to sign up to PAY for the parking.

We need to see all dates and times and the location on the Notice to Keeper (NtK) and please try and make the image a bit bigger so we can actually read it. We also need to see the reverse of the NtK.

Sorry, uploaded again, hopefully this works better https://ibb.co/WxbZJ3Y

Copies of anything you have sent Evology and their responses will also be useful.

Hello,

Just received a parking fine from the 27th Sept. This is for parking in my work car park. My employer changed to the new parking system Evology and it started on this date. I have had endless issues trying to get the app to work and to even sign up. Eventually I managed to sign up and input my vehicle and card details into the app. I realised I hadn't been charged for parking and contacted Evology but three weeks later still no response from them. It's not just me apparently. Other people at work have received fines even if they've paid and as far as I know the transport team received around 700 emails due to parking issues. I've disputed the ticket. But was wondering in the eyes of the law if I were to contest this in court, wouldn't I be seen as having made reasonable efforts to pay? I contacted the parking company and my own work transport team, none of whom helped. I even just emailed Evology again to be told they have closed their inbox for good!

Thanks,
John

Couldn't upload pictures of letter and contact with evology here so uploaded here https://imgur.com/a/9yHmzdu
