I have looked over the videos of said offences and looked over the road on Google maps.
I feel I may have an argument that at a point my vision was obstructed by a bus so I wouldn't have know I was exiting/re-entering the bus lane.
Also that one of the turn offs had signage that was collapsed/turned away from the incoming traffic which made me assume that one of the turnings was closed.
Also would possibly be able to argue that there weren't any reasonable places to pull off as realistically there wasn't really (largely dead end roads or trying to turn right across a road with heavy traffic on it and wasn't let out.
Any advice would be more than welcome and I am happy to send over any additional information if needed

Basically, until you receive postal PCNs with your name and addres on them, you can do nothing. HOwever, if you can tell us some detail about the PCNs then some preparatory work can be done. As they are all postal PCNs we need to know PCN Numbers, car/van reg, and council concerned.

Apologies I didn't realise there was protocol and such to this it's my first time posting here.
Date is PCN issues is 02/10/2024
Date of all 3 contraventions is 26/09/2024
Timings are 14:42, 14:44 and 14:44
My name and address isn't currently on the PCN though the hire company has stated that it will be transferred over to me and I will be receiving it in due course.
They have also issued an invoice for a £40 admin fee in all 3 emails which I hope won't, but can probably assume will, be 3 separate invoices they expect me to pay.

"Dear Customer,
We have received a notice relating to an incident that occurred during your recent hire of one of our vehicles, a copy of which we enclose. The purpose of this letter is to advise you that we have now supplied your details to the issuing body as the driver at the time of the incident.
What happens now?
The issuing body will be in contact in due course, issuing you with a replacement notice in your name, which will be sent via post. The new notice will include instructions on what to do next – how to pay or challenge the notice.
If you accept liability, it is possible for you to pay the notice directly on receipt of this notification. However, if the payment deadline has already expired, please wait to be contacted as the issuer will reset the discount period when the new notice is issued.
Our Charges
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Hire we apply a fee (a “Third Party Administration Charge”) to cover the administration costs we incur in handling the original notice. This charge is shown on the enclosed invoice.
We will attempt to capture the amount billed on the invoice from the payment card used to check out your rental, if the invoice remains unpaid 14 days after the invoice date.
Should you wish to pay the invoice prior to that, or to use a different method of payment, please use the payment details at the foot of the enclosed invoice (please remember to quote our invoice number on any payment to us).

Please post a copy of the hire company's notification to you, redacting only yr nmamr & address.
A lot will depend on yr answers to the above questions as to getting meaningful advice as to next steps.

I had to hire a van to drive to London for a gig a few weeks ago. I have just been notified by the hire company that I have received 3 separate PCNs for driving though a road that is restricted to bikes and buses.
All of these were issues within 2 minutes of each other (2 of which were issued at the same time).
I was wondering if anybody could advise me as to if I could get this cut down to a single charge due to the fact they were literally on the same road and within moments of each other.
Any advice would be very much appreciated
