Thank you all for your help so far, I do apologise if I have not uploaded these posts correctly. I did upload each post with the link as suggested in the advice post. I will regroup the posts tomorrow and formulate them better. I'm not sure what i have done wrong with the uploaded pics, but i will check these when i look at the posts.

We need more information please.
Subject to whatever the forum's administrator might require, if the underlying facts of each PCN are the same, then I would suggest you consolidate them here. (Edit, this has crossed with a previous post which raised the same issue).
a. Who was the registered keeper of the vehicle(s) concerned on the dates of contraventions?
b. How many PCNs and their dates?
c. List these and state what notices have been received by the keeper. The notices are:
Notice to Owner;
Charge Certificate;
Order for Recovery; and potentially
Notice of Enforcement from bailiffs.
d. Has any contact been made with the council by the driver or keeper; If so, pl elaborate.
You imply that you were permitted to be parked by virtue of 'I HAVE AN EMAIL FROM THE BUILDING MANAGER STATING I HAD PERMISSION TO LOAD AN DUNLOAD THERE AND SHE HAD INFORMED PARKING SERVICES.'.
Which then begs the question: have you got back to her, for all you know she might have a channel of comms with the council which sits outside parking procedure?
Your priorities should be to action the above please.
Thinking ahead: if NTOs have been issued, the periods for making reps have elapsed and Charge Certs have been issued without the keeper having made representations to the council then they're in a procedural pickle.
GSV is of little use as it's dated, but what can be seen is that the council believe where you were parked is within a Restricted Parking Zone which is enforceable by virtue of its unique signage requirements having been met.
Experience suggests that councils often misunderstand these requirements and therefore potentially render these zones unenforceable. Therefore, odd as it might appear, if by your inaction you've exhausted all prescribed procedural options your best bet might be to get another PCN in exactly the same circumstances except this time take our advice! But you're not there yet.

OP, it's clear you are under some stress, so why not take a pause, then come back later with the documents you have received. These are absolutely key to the advice we offer, and no meaningful advice can be given without them.
Normal rule is one PCN per thread, but where the recipient has a string of PCNs all for the same place and circumstances, they can all be in the one thread. However, it seems you have PCNs for several locations, so start threads on each of these. If you have postal PCNs for locations you have never been to, then one of two things has occurred - (1) CCTV has misread the number place. This is fairly common, and (2) some criminal has cloned your number plate for nefarious reasons.

Nobody is being rude to you, in fact Neil is asking for information so that he can offer to help you for free. ALL CAPS and angry emojis seem more akin to rudeness.

You also seem to have shown notices for two contraventions; in March and May?
-
Did you respond to the NtO -- y'know, the one that says "DO NOT IGNORE THIS NOTICE"?
And what is your case anyway?
