How barmy can councils get ! The CEO must be on a generous bonus scheme. What possible traffic management benefit results from this ludicrous PCN.

Hi Everyone,
Apologies if anything is in wrong format as I'm doing this on my phone.
I received a PCN yesterday for being parked on double yellow lines next to a temporary bus stop sign. Now the kicker is I was actually the bus driver of the said bus and had to park there as all spaces further up were taken up and I had to run to the toilet.
The pictures hopefully show the location well. I didn't take a picture of my bus in situ as had to start service but the picture that shows both temporary bus stops, I was stopped at the furthest one.
The stops were put there by council/Transport for West Midlands to alleviate traffic of buses further up where some of us have to wait to restart the service.
