It looks like the CEO was about to serve a PCN, but you drove off. In these circumstances, a PCN can be served by post to the keeper of the vehicle as per the V5C Registration Certificate.

There are time limits on service of postal PCNs

We've received a PCN yesterday dated from 17th July to say the car was parked at the bus stop. There was no ticket on the car. The only time we can re-call is stopping at the bus stop for a couple of mins while putting something in the boot of the car. The traffic warden was approaching and we said we're going, he never said anything further or gave a ticket etc.

The PCN received is going back a couple of months and there are no photos provided. Does this make a difference?

Thanks
