Title: Re: PCN Tower Hamlets - double yellow lines, blue badge, no loading
Post by: Enceladus on October 05, 2024, 02:02:45 pm
The evidence photos clearly show double dashes on the kerb right in front of your car. The double dashes mean no loading at any time, so 24x365 and no sign required.

Is it your Blue Badge? The BB doesn't give you an exemption to the no loading restriction, just to the yellow lines and then only for 3 hours max.

Please post up all of the PCN, leave everything visible as per the instructions in the READ THIS FIRST - **BEFORE POSTING YOUR CASE!** (https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/) sticky post at the top of this forum.
