There are three cases adjudicated here all refused and in two Brent towed the car...
Have to say that quiet back street hardly warrants enforcement but they get what they can.

Thanks for the replies so far. Back of the PCN is as follows.

Post the PCN with no redactions.
Post a Google Maps link to the location.

There are, indeed two dropped kerbs, one for the crossing on Crown Walk and the other for the crossing on the entrance to the car park for the flats, so I can't see anything wrong with the PCN on the contravention itself. There may, of course, be issues with Brent management of enforcement, hence need to see all of the PCN incl the back. Their website for submitting reps may also be flawed, so wait for others to comment.
No signs or lines are needed for dropped kerbs.

Hello everyone,
hoping to get some advice on a recent council penalty charge notice I received.
Essentially... I was parked by a dropped curb, however its worth mentioning that there was no yellow lines and this dropped curb wasn't the most visible/maintained. There was also a newly built dropped curb meters in front of this one (and my car) which I wasn't blocking and gave safe pedestrian access which is what led me to not notice this one.
Either way, I know this was careless, however I was there less than 5 minutes and it also seems like a bit of an overzealous reason to get a ticket.
wondering if I have any leg to stand on in the challenge/appeal process or if I have to bite the bullet and pay up.
any advice would be greatly appreciated.
pictures from the enforcement officer and of the actual ticket are attached.
