It's been an offence to park off-carriagway in London since the 70s and no signs or lines are required, so I'm surprised you haven't been walloped before. However, can you please post a GSV link to the exact location.

My first time posting on this site. Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong.

This morning, I received a PCN for Code 62:

My right-hand side wheels were indeed partly over the footpath. I have been parking here on Sunday morning for nearly two years.

Can anyone tell me if I can appeal? I wasn't aware of this contravention code before, but now I am.
