How many people are called opsalala at your workplace and why would anyone there be interested in a parking PCN?

Thanks for the reply,

From the PCN and the reg one can access the case an the pictures and from pictures one can work out my workplace.

Although I understand that one might want to access the case for a better evaluation, please let me know is that absolutely necessary?

Hi,

I was ready to pay my dues and has written to the Manchester CC to give me a reduction again as the letter was in my box for ages. Asking them to send the notice to my email as I can't check my mailbox often.

But then they claimed they reviewed the pictures and the ticket is on them. When I arrived to the vehicle it was not there [besides half of the pictures from MCC show no ticket on the front window and half do].

The second notice was also sent by a post and I have missed the reduction.

I also have noticed that PCN is only behind a wiper instead being stuck to the glass.

When I have returned to the vehicle I expected to see the PCN, remembering to late I didn't pay, I was surprised it is not there [searched]. Didn't pay late as I have assumed that if I would get the PCN - the late payment would not change the outcome.

Pay or not to pay?
