I have no chance of seeing your images as they are very small.

Just tell us the date of the Charge Cert.

Don't you already have a thread about this a couple of days ago?

John gave you the correct info about what to do.
Do you have any questions?

When I received the Charge Certificate, I logged on the council website that I had not received the PCN.

Received second letter, stating too late for appeal.

Charge to be paid or referred to court.
Any help much appreciated.

Please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post here all sides of the CC, redacting only yr name & address and a GSV link to the location.

Does the CC carry your correct name and address, and are you the registered keeper.

The important thing at the moment is to get back to the PCN stage. There's a guide to the process here
https://www.ftla.uk/announcements/charge-certificates-london-local-authorities-and-tfl-act-2003-london-local-autho/msg0/#new

(I think I've got the right guide - the process varies slight depending on the legislation under which the PCN was issued - wait for others to confirm once they've sight of your CC)

if followed correctly, a reset should follow.

I have received a Charge Certificate for £195.
Traffic contravention 52JM - Failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle (motor vehicles)
Church Road, Northolt (U).
Letter says I did not respond to original PCN.
I did not receive it.
The day I received Charge Certificate, I reported on the Council website that I did not receive PCN.
A second letter came the next possible day, which states that it is too late to appeal as Certificate has been issued.
No correspondence will be entered into. Do not contact council. Your response will go unanswered.
Upload folder full so can upload copy of letters.
Thanks for any help/feedback.
