We've seen this narrow double bus stop street before - think we won one where a private hire driver stuck to middle of road between stops but this looks like a clear contravention.

Only thing I can see is the broad yellow line is mostly under water.

I work for this local authority and received this PCN after dropping my colleague to Clapham Junction station after a meeting. You cannot view the footage online, only in person so I went in and checked it this morning in the control centre and you can see my car is parked in the bus stop for a few seconds with hazards on whilst my colleague alights. It was dark and I didn't notice the signage but I double checked on Google maps and there is a small sign on the bus stop saying 'no stopping'.
