Last entry is "On Hold" 13th August. When did you print that out, because TfL will just take a PCN off hold willy-nilly even though you may not have received the video. You need to check every week, and if at all in doubt, submit some reps that clearly state "in the absence of video requested on <date>".

No time limit but the comes a point where time can be seen as unreasonable. As long as it's on hold and if not you make some kind of reps in time you are covered.
But the pics don't look good and if the contravention is obviously made out it may be futile to prolong it.
The only way to tell for sure of course is to see the video.

Hello all forum members,
Missus was issued PCN (https://ibb.co/f0VfX3c)for stopping in a yellow box here (https://maps.app.goo.gl/BzdTYZTuwgDBhuJ28)on 2nd July 2024
She doesn't remember as to why she stopped in the yellow box, as this is her first PCN, so I've requested a vide footage from TFL on 12th July.
It's been 2 months and 3 phone calls later and I still don't have the video footage, PCN history here (https://ibb.co/FHsnHvd)
Is there a legal timeframe TFL must provide the video evidence by or means of cancelling this PCN (https://ibb.co/f0VfX3c)
Thanks in advance for any support and advise on my case.
