Just scrolled further back on the streetview and can now see the sign I missed, I should have taken the next right turn and assume I've not got a defence  >:(

There is no requirement for the council to provide any map evidence. Have you looked at their on-line evidence on the council website ?

Hi I am looking for advice for driving in a bus lane when I seemingly had no choice as evident from the photographs of the offence, a map that perhaps could evidence that I could have taken an alternative route is not available on the appropriate section of the website, is this a procedural impropriety I could use ?
