Please read this and update your thread accordingly: -

At the moment, we are totally in the dark about where this all took place, so you need to post up whatever documents you have received. Only redaact name and address..  Post up a GSV link to the exact location. Why did you park where you did ? Did you read the signs controlling where you parked ? It will have been a Red Route and these are enforced ruthlessly by TfL using CCTV and PCNs sent by post.

All postal PCNs are sent to the name and address on the V5C Registration Certificate for the vehicle.  You need to explain in much more detail why you did not update the address on your V5C when you moved. You also need to find out the status of all of the PCNs because some may not yet be registered at the Traffic Enforcement Centre. So contact TfL asap to find out.

We see far too many cases of non-update of the V5C with the OP having bailiffs at the door for unpaid or appealed PCNs, and I have to say, (sorry to say it), most cases rarely turn out well, because keeping the V5C up-to-date is a legal duty.

Hello everyone, please help.
Last week I have received message from CDER group ( debit collectors) that there is an outstanding account and I must pay Immediately £326. When I called them they sent me a link from TFL and I found out that I have total 5 pending prohibited stop red route PCNs. All of them CCTV parking PCN, all 5 at exactly the same location, on different side of the road ( 4x£250) I visited the post office for 3 min only the first time. I was not aware of this PCNs at all. I have moved from my previous adress and I was not able to change my adress I have traveled during the summer, so I haven’t received any letters and could not pay on time. What options I have now. What could I do? Please advise
