Hi all, I'm hoping for some help.

I received a PCN for entering a school street during restricted hours, this was my error as I completely missed the sign. The signs highlighting the restrictions are quite high on the poles, so I was wondering if there is a legal requirement for the signs to be a certain height so I can possibly appeal? If not, i'll have to pay the fine but thought i'd ask here before doing so.

Thank you in advance for any input.
