I strongly suggest you take up Hippocrates offer and not cough-up to make it all go away.

Adjudicators have excoriated the signage at this location, yet the council has done absolutely nothing , (or "sweet FA"), to improve it. Why ? Because it is a nice little earner for them, and the dark heart of the whole enforcement process is that councils can continue to thumb their noses at adjudicators till Kingdom Come, there being no process to force councils to respond to adjudicator decisions.

I have a pretty solid draft representation for this and have a case on 3rd September.

You will need to edit the preamble:

https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/lewisham-council-52-m-no-motor-vehicles-leahurst-road-west-bound/msg33628/#msg33628

Add this just before The Penalty Charge Notice in the last sentence above it: The general signage is criticised in 2240220841.

I am happy to represent you if it goes to the Tribunal.

HI

I have received a PCN notice as above. The signage, 50m before the restriction are on the right hand side of the road and are not clear when driving westbound on the left.

I am not from the area, so was shocked when I received the penalty notice. I have searched other cases and the link below shows a video someone has taken of the area as GSV is not up to date. Can you help in any way? Have attached the PCN and picture of the 50 yard warning sign. As you can see from the images, there is no way of avoiding the penalty if you miss the blue warning sign on the wrong side of the road.
