I've sorted this out for you by splitting the topic. As the discount is gone it's a no-brainer to appeal, I'll email you about that.

Ok, so I've noticed I've made a huge mistake,
It seems I didn't make a post on this PCN, I confused myself due to the different pcns at the same location.
Can and should I make a new post for this pcn? It is the same situation, my brother works at the location and didn't make it in time to move the car to a different location.

This thread started with a first obs photo at 8.44, a second photo at 10.07 and a PCN with a date/time of contravention given as 29 May, 10.04.

The last post shows a NOR which relates to a contravention on 27 March at 10.50.

TFL have rejected the appeal, and now it will be down to the adjudicator.

Finally got the NTO sent to my brother 2 weeks ago. I was just so lost with which pcn was for which post. What course shpuld i take now?
