Morning everyone.

I recently unfortunately received this PCN PCN + images (https://imgur.com/a/YVDJDSx) for stopping for probably around 2 minutes in a bus stop. I know this is asking for a ticket. However, the road markings are pretty well worn, so it wasn't immediately clear to me about the rules, and the yellow signage was quite a way up from where I was stopped. Do I have a leg to stand on here for grounds of informal appeal?
