Where does it state anything about a booster or baby seat? All the NtK states is that the reason for the issue is “parent & toddler bay”. WTF does that mean?
What evidence have they provided to back up their demand for payment? The burden of proof is on MET to prove that there was no eligible “toddler” with the vehicle when it entered and left the parking spot.
The fact that there is no baby/booster seat is not evidence of anything. Don’t go screwing this up by inadvertently giving them something that they don’t have.
Plan A, the keeper or driver need to get the landowner or whoever was stupid enough to contract the equally stupid MET to get the PCN cancelled.
The NtK is PoFA compliant so there’s no advantage to not identifying the driver. If Plan A fails, the keeper appeals this as simply as possible. MET are too intellectually malnourished to accept any appeal. Just get the POPLA code.

Your post still reveals the drivers relationship to the keeper, please modify! Use 'the driver' no I, we, him or even the dog.
If the Notice was issued by post the operative may have seen the driver return to the car with no toddler?

Sorry I forgot to black out personal details although admins here have previously asked for PCN and reg number!
You may be confusing the Council Tickets forum (where sharing PCN and reg is required), with the Private Parking forum (where sharing those details would allow someone to submit a false appeal on your behalf). Each section of the forum has a 'READ THIS FIRST' guide at the top, which provides guidance on the information you should share.
As above, speaking to Nuffield would be a wise first step here.

I've removed those images - as well as sharing the PCN and Reg number (which isn't advised), you left your full name and home address showing!

Plan A - complain to the landowner, especially as this would have been issued by a 'boots on the ground' operative and may even be self ticketing.
I think you're saying the car was parked with a toddler on board and the car seat then moved so the operative would see no child seat?
Notice issued to windscreen or by post? (if by post maybe they saw no toddler return to the car).
Too many relevant facts missing, we can't guess.
That is right car was parked with toddler on board and car seat was removed. The operative would have noticed no car seat and the Notice was issued by post there was nothing on the windscreen.

Dear GOD 'modify' (edit) that post, remove PCN and reg number ASAFP!
Then remove bit that identifies the driver, as per the read this first sticky!

I received the attached PCN from MET Parking Services when visiting TopGolf Chigwell last weekend. The alleged contravention is for breaching the terms and conditions for parking in a Parent & Toddler bay, specifically their photographs to evidence that I did not have a child car seat in my car.
The fact is my family were coming in two cars to the centre and my 5-year old niece decided to come in with us and we transferred her booster seat into my car and then put it back into their parent's car when we arrived. I've never come across an instance like this where they require evidence of a child car seat in order to park in a family bay but I used the bay legally and even had a booster seat on arrival.
I want to ask is this legally enforceable and any advice on appealing this?
